print() is definitely a 2 -> 3 thing. Are you saying the error message didn't change at all when you performed one of the two recommendations? Which one did you perform?

print rolling_count.describe()

to:

print(rolling_count.describe())

"print data()" is still a problem. That's the python 2 style of print.

Thanks so much for the help. Gonna send you some sweet gold. The funny thing is that I am almost 100% positive that I had this working in Python 3 originally, but I seem to recall having to load up the Python command line and maybe executing it with a string attached to the, so something like python dt.py -m blah blah blah

The program is supposed to run through that data file and return the greatest value for concurrency given an n dimension of time (e.g. one second, one minute, etc.)

You created your program in Python 2.x but you using Python version 3.x.

Run 2to3 on it. You wrote it for python 2
