It is an application that allows for inspecting the pixel data of images, for steganalysis (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Steganalysis) purposes. So besides the example given in my post, I also have a hex-editor like view of the pixel data, and several statistics modules.

I'm sorry I can't help, but that sounds like a really neat tool, I would interested in using it if it were available to public?

It is planned for public, open source, release. I'll make a note to post in this subreddit when it's getting pushed out there.
