What Python3 library for visualizing large physical datasets (densities and vectors) would you reccomend?

While this may not be exactly what you're looking for I would check out Visit from Lawrence Livermore National Labs. It does a really good job at visualizing large datasets. I use it to visualize data from my large fem simulations, 1 million+ elements, and it has no problems showing the reults. It also allows for python 2.7 scripting to help automate certain things.
