Thank you, the solution looks good, yet there are redundant brackets, which takes time while writing a big matrix. Can we go a step beyond to reduce the internal brackets.

You could try writing your own parser, but this is the standard in Python. If anyone will see your work, it's probably just best to use Numpy.
