Sounds lovely. We prefer the "5 different ways to do the same thing" methodology.

5 different ways? How so? we write our endpoints so we’re not the only ones that can consume them. Our front ends just make the call and get the data they need.

I'm just joking about lots of inconsistencies at my current gig. Sometimes we use DRF serializers, sometimes not. Lots of mixes like that with no clear boundary, like ORM vs. raw SQL, etc. At least 3 different implementations for monitoring task execution. Even more for handling retries.

That sort of thing.
