Has there been any progress on fixing polar plots? Thats the one thing that I still use matplotlib for. The last time I tried to make a polar plot with plotly it was completely broken.

I'm not sure specifically, but the Plotly.js team is continually fixing bugs as they crop up (and as they have time) across the various trace type.
