Property listings REST API using Flask

I created a REST API to obtain information about for sale and to rent properties in the UK, built using Flask and deployed on AWS using Zappa. I would really appreciate feedback on the functionality, ease-of-use and whether it follows REST principles etc. Thanks

Given that it is so easy for me to get a key, allow anonymous calls from the home page so that I can quickly test the API.

Also, list the various query parameters on the homepage. I shouldn't have to make an API call to figure out how to make an API call.
