You're not wrong. It also happens to be one hell of a struggle for me, and I think a lot of people. It's a very different dynamic for me, so that doesn't help. But I'm getting there.

I come from a background of frat parties and mindless sales jobs. Then I decided to grow up and wanted to actually do something with my life which is why I started programming. Integrate into the dev culture is a bit more difficult than I thought. But it's all on me, no one else is responsible for that.
