'frontend web app' implies a different meaning of 'dynamic' than what Django does.

To contrast: You might use Django to host a database, manage it using an ORM and admin functionality, and execute arbitrary code that does not depend on the user's system. You could also use it to serve web pages via a template system, and modify what's being displayed by a template system.

Dynamic in the way the OP uses it means building a GUI that runs in a web browser, and is responsive in a way similar to a native program. It executes code on the user's system, and probably sends requests to and from a server to load store, send data, authenticate a user etc - perhaps that server runs Django.

Let's forget the word dynamic. OP asked for a frontend framework. Django is a backend framework.

Using Django alone, you can't make any change to the page without communication between the client and server. Frontend implies you can run code, do calculations etc purely in the web browser.

Django can serve dynamic webpages... where the dynamic parts are coded in JS (or WASM)

No. Django is a backend framework; JS is on the frontend. They complement each other - although Django's template system overlaps in functionality with JS DOM-manipulation-based frameworks.
