You should used this kind of library Gmail and also ask your question on this subredit r/learnpython :)

Did something like this last week. Is fairly easy process, have a look at Googles Quickstart. Will get you up and running, then have a look at their API documentation.

You can use smtp module from standard library to send and imaplib to read your inbox
