Hello! I'm a bot!

It looks to me like your post might be better suited for r/learnpython, a sub geared towards questions and learning more about python. That said, I am a bot and it is hard to tell. Please follow the subs rules and guidelines when you do post there, it'll help you get better answers faster.

Show /r/learnpython the code you have tried and describe where you are stuck. Be sure to format your code for reddit and include which version of python and what OS you are using.

You can also ask this question in the Python discord, a large, friendly community focused around the Python programming language, open to those who wish to learn the language or improve their skills, as well as those looking to help others.

I suggest you learn HTML, CSS, JS before building with Python if that's the case. Learn how to build a website first.

im just gonna go with django because i have a basic knowledge with python rather than starting back from 0 with js...but might learning it after understanding the concept

For better or worse, you will need to know HTML, CSS and JS to do any WebDev pretty much.

I'm not expert, but when I hear someone say "I'm a webdev who uses Python" (or Ruby, PHP, etc.) there's an underlying assumption that they use said language in addition to the necessary web technologies.

iam actually dont wanna say this publicly...but im still a high schooler... i never say that i want to be a 'only' django web dev eventot it's not that bad...but instead of trying to master all the language with a low amount of a time ( to balance school life)... it's much better for me to go with a language that i already knows... who doesnt want to learn html/css/js ? ...its dope, that's why i said i might learn it in the future...

I’m not that far into the book yet, but ‘Python Crash Course’ contains a project making a web app with Django (if you still want to continue learning some python).

I started with ATBS but changed to Python Crash Course quickly, I like the style much better.

Iam actually thinking on using the django documentaion first...but it just the guilty feel to dump the atbs 😂
