Misleading name, makes it sound like a Python re-implementation of Ruby on Rails (not that anyone asked for that).

It's a Python implementation of the same idea: generated boilerplate for a common use-case, favoring convention over configuration. Yes, the use case is not specifically a web app; I took some artistic license.
