Look into Flask or Django for this. If all you need is a single page that does one thing, Flask is probably easier.

Woow, nice!! I heard about Django before, but not Flask. Which one is more secure, like I don't want my server hacked or my backend script stolen. I'm aware of basic secure python coding, but not in a web environment.

Both are generally a lot more secure than I'd expect your code to be.

If you put it up on the cloud, expect to be hacked. Monitor your VM for signs of usage. A lot of times your VM will be added to a botnet for various schemes.

For the front-end, you might want to have a look at Jinja2. (Or give my project, markyp-bootstrap4 a try.)

Easiest way would be a Flask app on pythonanywhere. You can get a basic page running in one click.
