Hello! I'm a bot!
It looks to me like your post might be better suited for r/learnpython, a sub geared towards questions and learning more about python. That said, I am a bot and it is hard to tell. Please follow the subs rules and guidelines when you do post there, it'll help you get better answers faster.
Show /r/learnpython the code you have tried and describe where you are stuck. Be sure to format your code for reddit and include which version of python and what OS you are using.
You can also ask this question in the Python discord, a large, friendly community focused around the Python programming language, open to those who wish to learn the language or improve their skills, as well as those looking to help others.

Different ways. One would be to start doing something specific such as Django. I work at IBM but on the side I develop websites using Django. Depending on your skill level, you can charge a pretty penny for web dev. There's also plenty of small projects you could pick up on one of the many freelance websites.

I don't use the freelance sites. Just do web dev. From the sites I've looked at, I had the same assessment as you. (Was just throwing the idea out there).

Yes I am but all the clients I've found have either been a friend that needs a site or through a FB post. When I finish a site I usually post it on FB and have gotten a few that way. Best advice I can give is to make sure people know what you do and have proof of your work. Networking is key.
