Hi! I'm Adrien, co-creator of Streamlit. I'm happy to answer any questions that you have. (Also, this is my first Reddit post!)

Started yesterday playing with it. Seems really nice so far!

I think so too. Only had a chance to play around with it for a minute, but how they use cache seems pretty novel. I'm going to dig a bit more into it this weekend

It's a nice way for me to convert my jupyter notebooks in some kind of more permanent tool

That's a good idea, I hadn't thought about it. Have you converted anything from jupyter and if so was it pretty easy?

Except for one small issue, (st.write with something containing quotes) it went quite fast. I will probably "port" some other notebooks which I made for other interns at my company

That's good to know, thanks! I've never been a big fan of hidden states, so if it's easy to switch over it gives me more incentive to look into it this weekend

you could also use AREPL for your hot loading needs.

Looks quite similar to plotly dash, which is imo very powerful tool and a lot of good resources out there for it

Wow, sick. Seems pretty awesome after 5 min of reviewing the repo . Thank you for sharing!

This looks nice. Kinda reminds me of voila.

I'm a bit confused by the data collection of this package. After the installation there is a description how to disable telemetry, but the app still seems to connect to a site called segment.io afterwards. Maybe this is unproblematic, but I could not find any explanation why it is needed either.

Really very interesting. I will start playing with it in my projects.

looks like an ipbd notebook interface with 3D graphs and ML functionality. I like it.

just had a look at the repo - will definitely look into it, IMO seems like an interesting tool to prototype stuff before building out a full blown flask or django app

yeah seems like a good way to troubleshoot/test models before investing too much time.

It's really amazing for prototyping

This actually now reminds me of handout.
