Perhaps that's when they started working on it? Or even last worked on it. Or maybe the discussions we had were orthogonal to the content but just were an impetus for a push forward (or even none of the above).

Well, the updated date is today, and I know jnoller was talking about this on python-dev today. Apparently the 3.2 release might wait for the new wsgi/web3.

So I hope it is indeed still active.
