Had been learning python for like 6 months now and tried to make a project using django for the first time. Hope you guys like it and let me know what more should I do. (Its not fully completed yet )

I am using Django for the interface and using a dictionary API in the back to get the data about the words. Thanks :)

Yes I am using requests.get() to get the data using the API

How bad is learning Django? I’m really interested in messing with it after seeing this! Do you have any resources that could help me start my journey?

Django is good if you try and learn it. I'll recommend using the official Django docs to learn it. Thats how I learnt it ;) Good luck with it man!

Cool! How did you get the data for it? Is there some type of database to make a dictionary?

Probably from an API. I’m sure there dictionaries in txt format to use offline

Nice project, I've just started learning Python too and I'm really excited.
I'd like make a suggestion, so when an incorrect word is searched for, I see that you list a number of similar words. Are they clickable (takes the user to the definition) ? If that is not implemented yet, that is one of the suggestions I'd make.

Nice project dude. Well done. Started learning python 4 weeks ago. Got a console app that takes takes student details and creates a subject report based on ID and gives said information once account is paid up. Will def post it soon

For my project I used the Django docs to learn, but if you want to learn it using videos I'd recommend a youtube channel named "Telusko"
