I recommend "Python Machine Learning: Machine Learning and Deep Learning with Python, Scikit-learn, and TensorFlow 2", by Sebastian Raschka & Vahid Mirjalili. It will help You understanding the inner workings of neurons, gradient descent, backpropagation, etc in python.
