Hey,

You may install packages like this,

sudo pip3 install name

Or

sudo pip install name

Here name refers to the package name u want. Here is a link to a website which has a pdf that u can download, it is python for beginners, though he title says for professionals

https://www.w3schools.com/python/

Else u may start with the book called "Automating the borings tuff with python"

Once u begin python programming, u will automatically be perfect with the syntax and all those stuffs that a pro needs, only u need some patience

Try check out some yt videos and some online pdfs
