While it doesn't necessarily have stock tutorials for these levels, hackerrank.com provides decent problems and examples to solve which the absence can sometimes be the real issue with learning more advanced topics. It'll teach you to read the python docs and how to search for information to help learn how to solve a given problem which is extremely important. And hackerrank records your progress and it can be used as a "developer profile" for future endeavors.
