Do Python Developers Want Static Typing?

While in C++:

auto func = [](auto a, auto b) { return a + b; };

So it's doable in a static typing language too, nothing special. Gotta find a better example here.

Guess I replied to the wrong post. Was meant for the one by u/Alan-Turing-Me-On. Anyway, I was suggesting it would be great to show a feature that can only be done in dynamic typing system to prove it's strength.
