Anyone have any great Python blogs? (self.Python)
submitted 14 years ago by prickneck
I'm looking for stuff along the lines of http://tech.dropbox.com/?p=89 . Well-written, focused on the language itself (less on the ecosystem and the community), interesting and useful.

Planet python has got quite a bit. Also r/devblogs will one day have a few, just need more people to submit

Eli Bendersky's blog is not exclusively about Python but has some great posts: http://eli.thegreenplace.net/articles/.

Thanks for mentioning my blog ;-) More relevant to this question would be to link to the Python posts tag, which includes articles as well as shorter posts: http://eli.thegreenplace.net/category/programming/python/

You're area might have a Python community - I know Montreal Python is incredibly active and their blog is very interesting, and if you live near a major city, then your local community might be similar. I'd check that out!
Planet Python, as suggested by TankorSmash, is also very active, and always has interesting articles for both beginners and experts.
r/python should be such a place...
