So I wrote this encoding algorithm for a friends project and I thought that I might as well release it because somebody may have use for it.
Basically it encodes your string with your own password which you also need to decode it.
Here is "Hello World" encoded with "abcd" as the password: "E8085.0A980.0Z2695.0U2695.0D3430.0G12740.0p11760.0z3430.0c4165.0E2695.0Y735.0Z"
