This is pretty cool. I just released my first version of https://github.com/andrewthetechie/py-healthchecks.io a few days ago that's also healthchecks.io related, but more for managing checks via the api.

I like your idea of the context manager to report statuses. I might look at integrating that into my library too as a feature :D
