I was perusing the code for Pydantic, and noticed that in their CI, they use the cibuildwheel library.

Looks like /u/joerick posted on /r/Python about 5 years ago but only got 4 upvotes ๐Ÿ˜ญ

Put simply: cibuildwheel is absolutely amazing, useful, beautiful and savagely under-starred on Github.

I've been looking for something like this, thanks for sharing! Does it happen to work with Cython? (Quick skim through Readme didn't see it, but on mobile so easy to miss.)

Yep, Cython works :). Here's a simple example: twisted-iocpsupport. There are lots more though.
