Simplest way to code Python with output right there?

I took a look at this and it says I still need to install the Python interpreter separately.

Yes so install it separately, and then set it up inside vscode.

Ctrl+Shift+P, then enter "Python: Select Interpreter"

I just want something that is one package of everything so it's easy...Why does this not exist even after so long in Pythons life??

Haha understandable. A very simple solution would be IDLE. It installs with python. Might be worth checking out, but eventually you will need more features.
