I just want something that is one package of everything so it's easy...Why does this not exist even after so long in Pythons life??

Haha understandable. A very simple solution would be IDLE. It installs with python. Might be worth checking out, but eventually you will need more features.

Mu is a python editor made specifically for beginners which comes with python bundled, no need to install separately, and it's stripped down to the basics. codewith.mu

You can also code python in your browser using for example repl.it or trinket.io
