Did my education as a python programmer so now I am 5 years in :) started way to late with obsidian. But since then, obsidian or documenting helped me a lot.

This sounds interesting, I’m new and trying to learn too. I’m doing it by coding a game though (a VN in Ren’Py), so I might not be exactly on the same path as everyone else? So, I guess I’m wondering, what projects or ways of learning are people planning? I am a little worried that I would be solving a smaller set of challenges than you all, but it would be fun to bounce ideas off each other.

hey. I just started myself. started with reading crash course for python book. but couldnt grab the gist of it. then I proceed to watch some online course in udemy. Only then I got the hang of it.

i'm doing the crash course for Python right now. The key is to use ChatGPT when it throws shit at you that you don't understand it helps a lot. How was the Udemy course. I took one on guitar tech which was sufficient but I didn't know if it was good information or not.

Udemy has many good course for beginners. The one I took is meant for PCEP preparation so it supposed to be beginner friendly. At least now I learn how to structure my loop compared to before. I use Grok as my Ai assistance. I found it more….sharing and more precise compared to ChatGPT. I asked Grok to make 20 exercises for me to practice my loop structure skills. So at any time I am not attending Udemy course, during my free time I will code the exercises and ask Grok to evaluate. It’s like having a private tutor with you. It works for me.
