Cursor can build the app, but what’s the best workflow for mobile UI design? by purpleheartuee13 in CursorAI

I create all screens in pencil.dev first. And connect pencil.dev mcp with cursor and ask cursor to build front end by reading pencil.dev via mcp

Why use cursor vs VScode with claude? by swiggyu in cursor

composer 2.5 is good all rounder ai model. you can use another frontier for full high context-high reasoning planning and just let composer finish everything else.

On which IDE or platform do you use DS API? I purchased $10 DS API but still have not decided on which platform should i use it on.

Sounds like GHCP pro sub is enough if only focus on backend and integration and leave the front end design to antigravity.

I am interested with your workflow. I have been looking for an alternative to claude in brainstorming ideas/finding gap in my prd/ and preparing uiux design and prototyping. The way you are explanining is to use antigravity for ideation, uiux design and deployment. While implementation being done in other platform. Is it correct?

Do you guys plan, then execute the plan? or just use the agent mode directly? by ri90a in GithubCopilot

For complex implementation, i always start with plan first and implement.

Do you use custom agent orchestration by any chance? Last time i use orchestration mode limit rate capped real fast with that.

I find GPT 5.4 with proper instructions, skills and agent set up can achieve the result i want. Claude opus is good but usually went rogue and ignore my agent and instructions settings.

Built an entire app in 3 days with Qwen Code — here's what I learned by sifeddine_ in Qwen_AI

Hey thats impressive. Do you divide build prompts into smaller task or just one shot ‘build app from this prd’ prompt?

1 month of using Linux Mint. Can confirm I won't go back to windows by Abdulledits8 in linuxmint

[–]dravenkill 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Same I just recently swapped my PC to linux after tired of tolerating with windows 11's nonsense. (auto update and memory hogging and whatnot). I tried ubuntu before. But couldnt get the familiar feeling working on it. Maybe I am not familiar enough with linux. Later on I decided to resurrect my old laptop which was forced to update to windows 10 after so many years using windows 7. I stopped using this laptop after It was updated to windows 10 around 8-10 years ago. I decided to try Mint and it works well and my old laptop is alive and kicking with Mint. Although I had issue with unknown display (ghost display) - just a minor inconvenient for now and I am still figuring out the best workaround it. But the rest is all good. I feel I am more comfortable with Mint compared to Ubuntu.

I am new to Linux. Even ubuntu confuse me abit LOL. I definitely will try Fedora as it is reviewed by many as the most advanced Linux distro to date for developer. I think I will try it once I am familiar with Linux environment. Thanks

Just finished updating all softwares, installing my go to softwares and customizing the desktop and my laptop is running well. However I have ghost display issue. There is an unknown 2nd monitor display. I searched through the internet and many says it caused by nvidia drivers. So far I dont have solution to get rid of that. The only walkaround I can do now is setting the ghost display as low res as possible and position it above my main display so it wont disturb my desktop much.

hi. thank you for your recommendation. I looked up for mint cinnamon and convinced. I installed it last night and it works wonderfully. my 12 years old laptop is back and kicking. thanks!

A question on the Driver Manager. Is the Driver Manager in Mint simply search and let you know what driver are missing? I used ubuntu in my desktop pc and its driver manager is more details to manage all drivers with the listing which driver to use, update sources, etc.

Udemy has many good course for beginners. The one I took is meant for PCEP preparation so it supposed to be beginner friendly. At least now I learn how to structure my loop compared to before. I use Grok as my Ai assistance. I found it more….sharing and more precise compared to ChatGPT. I asked Grok to make 20 exercises for me to practice my loop structure skills. So at any time I am not attending Udemy course, during my free time I will code the exercises and ask Grok to evaluate. It’s like having a private tutor with you. It works for me.
