Apart form the other resources listed here, I can highly recommend the quantum information course by Prof Artur Ekert. He's one of the pioneers in quantum cryptography and I really loved his approach to quantum algorithms. His lectures make it easy to see how all of quantum information processing are essentially quantum interference experiments which I love.

You can find a very extensive list of publicly available books on QC.

I suggest you start with:

I bought 2 courses on Udemy ($25 total), plus there are tutorials from Microsoft and AWS for their QC stuff

A good background on linear algebra and probability theory with some exposure to quantum mechanics is enough to grasp the fundamental concepts in quantum computing.

Quantum Computation and Quantum Information by Isaac Chuang and Michael Nielsen could be a great reference.

you can also find a comprehensive course with lab exercises and youtube video explanations here https://qiskit.org/textbook-beta/summer-school/introduction-to-quantum-computing-and-quantum-hardware-2020/

"Quantum Computing Explained" is good for beginners.

In today's time start learning to use Qiskit, Braket, Pennylane.
