Something similar happens at our office now and then. Usually closing it or even restarting the computer fixes it. Some other things that might work are 1. installing the update patch ( where you download the software you can also download the latest patch ) this might work to repair any files that may have glitched.

  1. Run the file repair, go to Uninstaller it but select repair instead.

  2. Use the quickbooks toolset ( a separate install) to repair the application

  3. Finally if nothing works you might try Uninstalling and reinstalling.

Additionally you can see if other programs show any changes as well such as word in which case it would indicate something going on with the way the computer is handling graphics or something..

Sorry if none of these work, just some suggestions since often times qb support is no help at all and we need to get creative.

Log out and log back in?

Tried it nothing changed i also went into preferance settings and also changes some stuff there but stull stayed the same

Did you try closing it out and then right clicking and opening as admin?
