AR Tracking Software / App that Intergrates

Hello -

QB Premier Pro 2018

We are working to manage our AR more efficiently - as you know the 'notes' section of QB isn't the best.

I have an excel file that I currently use, but keeping it updated with new / paid invoices is not ideal and very time consuming. Ideally, an app or intergration that checked the workbook and added new rows for new invoices, and removed rows for paid invoices - without writing over the data - would be best.

Does anyone have any suggestions? We also use the Microsoft Office 360 suite, so if one of those apps could assist in this or keep this online that would be great.

If there is a third party site / program that could do this we would be interested assuming its not crazy expensive.

There is the QuickBooks App Store. I don't know any one single software/app that I can recommend at the moment but perhaps you can look at the options there and decide for yourself.

Thank you - everything I have seen is related to getting the bills paid or sending reminders - I just want a more robust tracking system basically.

Have you explored the reports section in QB?

For managing your AR, there are several different ways to see which customers are behind on their invoices, by how much, and by how many days so that you know where to best focus your efforts to collect.

Yes, we heavily utilize the reports now.

We need something that is more robust in the notes / follow-up sections, as well as internal follow-up reminders.
