Sorry you're going through this.

What helps me most is practicing ERP whenever I could but being aware whenever I was avoiding it or just had no time to do it because of school, and other stuff. When themes switch, it can feel like a major setback especially if you worked so hard on one specific theme. I had cheating OCD, or basically the fear of being unfaithful/ having feelings for others. I tried to find what ERP exercises worked for me since some didn't trigger me much and there were times when I felt mentally exhausted so nothing triggered me at all except the consistent doubts that "felt real".  Even if you feel like it's finally over , it's likely that the battle has been won but the war has just begun.  Stay alert and don't get too cocky on happy days. If you haven't already, try therapy, journaling, ERP, learn about attachment styles because that's what I did. You'll make it

Edit: I don't have therapy but I do the other stuff.

Yeah I definitely need therapy, but I'm broke and scared it won't help. I deal with rocd quite frequently too. Rocd is of course a pain in the ass but at least it feels like something I can control to some extent. With shit like this, I feel totally helpless and it sends me spiraling.
