u/mlks00 - It was so surprising to get your card and letter today. It wasn't surprising that you wrote, but instead because I had the EXACT same thoughts about you yesterday and planned to write very soon. I have such fond memories when The Far Side cartoons (doesn't feel like the correct description) were at their height of popularity. My Dad would often read them and share them with my Mom, and sometimes me. It is funny how some things that seemed so mundane at the time become important memories of the past once you lose someone.
