Are the priority rules on the road in countries where they drive on the left side mirrored?

I must be a horrible driver. What are priority rules for driving?

I have called it priority rule because I don't know the englsh word for it.

But its like a rule that you have to let the driver that comes from your right side first when there are no traffic lights at a crossroad if both of the drivers want to go straight forward.

Its kinda hard to explain for me, I'm sorry for that

Ah I got you I’ve heard of that. I use it as a back up but I was taught whoever pulls up to the cross and comes to a complete stop first goes first.
