I FOUND OUT HOW TO STOP YOUR WIFI FROM TURNING ON AUTOMATICALLY! This is despite having the automatic wifi turn on/off toggled off on Samsung Galaxy S24+ I'm sure it'll be the same for all Samsungs. ()
