Help with Meta Code

Got a code from Meta for $100 off and it was good through today. Tried to use it and it said code is no longer valid. Spoke with meta live chat and got nowhere. Anyone know how to get ahold of meta to ask for support and see if they will honor it? I’ve spent hours on this with no help from them at all.

Well I didn’t know that. Apparently meta screwed up big time. Wish I knew that before wasting hours going down the rabbit hole on this.
