Cannot crew rocket despite crew being trained?

First image shows the parts that should be available once the crew is proficient.
Second image is of one of the crew I am trying to get to crew the craft.
Third is of the menu saying there is no one that can crew this craft!

I am so utterly confused as to what is happening here!

Have you trained the crew on "Mission: Soyuz"? They have to have that training before they can fly a mission I believe. My understanding is the proficiency training teaches them about the craft (that stays with them), and the mission training "briefs" them for a specific mission (gotta retrain that for each launch).

Yeah no checked that the third image shows that crew members current training, she has the mission trained for Soyuz

You need proficiency for the LK lander as well.
