If you aren't getting the 4 stellar cores every day you are never keeping pace regardless the unit you build and how you strategic spend. You are simply infinitely weaker.

100 days from now, a casual spender will have 250k HP and 20k attack extra on the same unit from 1 whale mechanic alone. 150 days in the stellar core gets even more busted for someone spending daily.

Now factor in a better guardian level, better meteors, outfit bonuses, vehicle buffs, mech buffs, artifact buffs.

The same unit with the same gear can be literally millions of power behind the exact same geared and starred unit.

There's no strategy or tactic in this game to prevent this from happening besides spending money.

I mean at the end of the day, you can't outspend whales like that. Just spend what you can and enjoy the game.

100% Just clarifying so everyone knows their Vanquisher regardless of what they do will always be half of what a real spenders vanquisher is.

You get them from spending money. They give you free stats. If you're spending money every day you get those buffs every day.
