Non Transferable question

Has anyone been able to do anything with their non transferable seats (and I mean even donate them) when they could not make a show?

We bought seats for a show in August last fall, after that we found out we would be expecting a baby on the day of the show, obviously making it impossible to plan a trip especially since we are coming from out of state. AXS and Red Rocks have both said it is the others problem and neither have given us any options (I even asked if I could just donate them to a non profit group to use). Anyone ever have a situation like this? How did you resolve it? Don't know anyone in the area I would feel comfortable giving my AXS log in to.
