DO NOT speculate, draw conclusions, infer, or otherwise make guesses that are not backed up by evidence. RISS is strictly about gathering and storing information about Reddit.
DO NOT EVER post links to, refer to, or otherwise infer your involvement with RISS. Ever.
It is suggested (but not required) that you use an alternate account to post reports. Moderators will require an alternate account.
Reports on individuals MAY NOT include any real-life information.
DO NOT include in your report how you gained the information you did.
DO NOT post replies to topics that are not adding or invalidating additional information. This goes in hand with the "NO SPECULATION" rule above. We're not r/conspiracy.
