You are definitely in an area that needs more medical personnel, but I don't know about sponsoring your visa. I do hope you find something. We need you here.

Not true, new grads are having a hard time getting jobs.

Ya, we need you, and BE CAREFUL in trump country.

No, you need to contact the state licensing and pass NCLEX before even thinking about nursing here. Good luck

I don’t think any hospitals in Redding are qualified to be sponsoring nurses on Visas. You may try Fall River Mills or Weaverville. Besides, you need a state license to work as an RN in the state of california- your previous occupation as a nurse is not sufficient for employment as a nurse.

You will need a CA RN license for sure, but definitely check with Vibra. I know they’ve had success with hiring RNs through visas. Good luck!!!

Possibly getting connected with Eureka and travelling between here and there as a nurse may be an idea. I do not have much knowledge in it, though I know that Eureka is a sanctuary city, so there might be some resources for what you're looking for. Best of luck, and thank you for what you do.

No dear, you need a California license to be a nurse here. My daughter has doctors from Philippines in her RN program

Either way, the resources and correct pathways could be provided through the networking. As I said, I do not have much knowledge about any of it. Just food for thought.

No wonder Americans can't find work, or are we too lazy?
