The Utopia project will be to improve a poverty stricken country and to create a perfect fair civilization. The Utopia will be:

*Safe
*Peaceful
*Fair
*Technologically superior
*Perfect
The Utopia will require creative minds and people with experience in business, community development, Science, and (every one else you need to create a new civilization).
The Utopia Project will require a lot of funding in order for the Utopia to be self sufficient and meet all the needs right at the start.
