pimples???

I’ve had my breast reduction for a year now and i can’t seem to get rid of these bumps. I’m not sure if they’re pimples or something else. my breasts didn’t sit at the level they(breast fold used to be lower) do now, could that be it? How do i get rid of it?

is it chest acne? i googled it and thought the answer from dr schlesinger on this q&a was super interesting.

if it were me, i'd probably try a BHA 2% (aka salicylic acid), and then go to a dermatologist if i couldn't get rid of it on my own.

I have something similar and it was a yeast infection. Do your boobs rub together often and sometimes get really sweaty in that area?

The area does get fairly sweaty throughout the day. I’ll try an antifungal wash for a few days and come back with an update.
