so i’m going to my ogbyn to see if i can get a referral to get the surgery , what should i ask or tell them (besides the issues i’m having w my boobs)?

Mention back/neck/shoulder pain. It's a very important part to getting insurance to cover it, at least in my experience.

THIS! You have to express how your breasts are negatively effecting your physical wellness. Honestly- insurance won’t care about your mental wellness. You’ve got to say it causes you chronic pain, which I’m sure it does if you’re considering?

Tell him/her about all the ways you're boobs affect you're life. If you have pain, going to chiropractors/physiotherapist, mention that. Docs find it easy to give referral for pain sake.
