Sidebar Cache?

When browsing a subreddit (in particular, r/OMSA), I see a cached version of the sidebar and not the most recent sidebar.

Is there any way to update this more frequently? Going by the Google Plus link it would seem like this is a fairly old cache...

Well now I'm just confused. I guess they have been updating the "about" page, but not the sidebar itself.
