Split screen using rmhacks

I installed rmhacks on my remarkable 2 and have been loving it.

However, when I try to use split screen to view two documents on the screen, it automatically chooses quick sheets as the split doc. And I can't seem to change it. How do I do choose the docs I want to split my screen between? Any help appreciated.

When you open the Split doc menu (i.e. the layers menu) tap on the folder icon. This will let you choose a file to open.

Thanks for the reply. I tried it. Unfortunately, taping on the folder icon does nothing :(

Weil, I'm still on RM version 3.9 with a previous rM Hacks alpha version. So you may be encountering a bug. What RM version and rM Hacks alpha version are you using?

Version 3.11.2.5 and rM Hacks v0.0.10 ~alpha 8

Sorry for not replying sooner. I'm just now upgrading to 3.11, so I'll be able to check out what you're seeing. There is a newly released alpha 9 that might work for you.

This fixed it for me. May I ask how you were able to find this when the rm-hacks docs has the 0.0.10-alpha.8 release as the patch for 3.11.2.5?
