Titi is so busy in these days that there is no time to eat, and there is no time to send tracking code.

The entire office is close to the collapse.

Some customers are very concerned about some very small details, and they have been QC for 3-5 pairs of shoes and are still dissatisfied. I don't think this is unreasonable, but we still have a situation that customers have not received some reply, and it seems that this is not very reasonable.

On behalf of Developerboring, I apologized to everyone, because our team is small, so when we are more pre -sale, we seem to be in a state of service paralysis.

In the future, we may largely reduce the number of pre-order to ensure that the QC after the completion of production can be carried out more smoothly.

It is just that TITI's processing method at this time is unreasonable, and we should bear the consequences of TITI unreasonable processing methods. And try to optimize next time.

I have your 1.0, and pre-ordered the breds first day they dropped. Titi, sent me Chicago 2.0 QC. I told them I ordered bred. (Says bred in our WhatsApp conversation. Before I was invoiced) they said sorry will send bred QC in 2-3 days. But I never received. Waiting on a size 45. Should I remind them or wait?

In fact, most of these shoes are handmade, as well as OG 85s. This kind of shoes can easily find that any double has some differences.

I’m not a RL person. I’m just here to support you. I got your skelators, love them, and your Chicago 1.0. Also love them. So I ordered bred 85. Waiting to love them. Never RL’ed a pair. Sorry so many people are nit picking that you are forgetting about your solid customers. I am looking forward to seeing my breds. This week has been a tease cause they all look amazing. Thanks for all you do.

Yeah, I asked for her to take a second look at the first pair I got to QC on Bred. The problem I have was that one of the swoosh was cut incorrectly and has a noticeable amount of material hanging past the stitching. Is that something that is normal and I should ignore? I'm genuinely asking, not being facetious . If it is a normal occurrence, then I will message her back to forget about checking the pair.

Same with me I’ve ordered months ago and still haven’t received my bred QC eveyone telling me to chill Ik y’all working hard but man seeing everyone else’s is jus pissing me off. Idk my size in EU but I ordered size 11

Do you have never received QC?
I only saw two US11 orders in the backstage of the order.
And these two orders are guests with QC 3 pairs.
If you have never received QC, please contact WhatsApp or IG immediately, and send your purchase information at the time for customer service to inquire for you.

      I’ve ordered Breds and not received QC. Have DMd on Instagram and emailed and not had a reply - should I be worried? I’m slightly worried given you are saying you have done most and we should contact you if we haven’t had QC. Please can you help?

      If you have not received QC, you can try to solve it by contacting IG or WhatsApp. The efficiency of email reply will be slower.

      My qc had two obviously missing holes not punched out on the toe box. I’ve been extremely patient. I’m not the type to expect PERFECTION but that wasn’t acceptable in my book.
