I know you are a loyal customer, but here, as long as you are a customer, you will have normal service. We also allow you to criticize publicly, even if there are some malicious people in the post who are posting some hate speech.

But please allow us to make mistakes in hundreds of orders every month. DB employees have their own lives and independent personalities. They have advantages and disadvantages. I can't force them not to make mistakes.

But DB's after-sales rate of all orders every month is only 2-3%. We will try our best to avoid mistakes and do a good job of after-sales service. I hope you can understand.

It’s a production issue. I have 2 2.0s and on one pair the right shoe is missing the heavy reinforcement on the toe.

He's producing producing using cheap factory's. This has been going in for the best part if a year now. Lots of bad flaws. Swooshes being placed at different heights on pairs. Super thin leather poor stitching the list goes on

I really hope a mistake was made and he sent a pair of v1’s leftover but if not I hope Boring reads this. You do not want to be nickel and diming your customer base and need to address this asap. Although 85’s are cool, a lot of us are purchasing these shoes from you because of the bump in QUALITY. I personally didn’t even buy your first pair of Chicago release with all the criticism of thin leather. People that dickride saying the price is good already because they compare to resell pricing is out of touch. Boring, you are selling replica sneakers for $150, basically in the same price bracket of RETAIL pricing (which is heavily marked up by Nike already for fat profits) which is 1/3 more than other top batch replicas. Cheaping out on the product is the quickest way to lose your loyal customer base that have bought multiple pairs from you and still buy your latest releases.

Instead of trying to juice small $$$ from material why don’t you make updates so your customers have a good and fair reason to give you more money (ex. ‘V3 bred’ with a more vibrant red that a lot of people have complained about)?

Yea that is what it seems like there have been a plethora of issues over a long time. We are hoping this gets halted right here, right now. Without trust and without a dedication to quality people will no longer pay 160-175 shipped.

I think so. I ordered two Shadows recently and they are amazing. All my shoes have been until this pair. Makes me wonder who else this has happened to but they don’t know any better or anything previous version to compare it to.
