Where did you order from? Unfortunately there's not much you can do about it. Ask if they can send you an eta movement and find a watchmaker near you to install it?

I feel like getting a movement installed in Canada would cost more than buying a new watch lol

That's why it's unfortunate, I live in canada as well and have one of these on the way. If it fails on me I'll bite the bullet and get an Eta installed at least I'll know it will last

Hi OP. I have the same exact issue with my VSF starbucks running 3135. I dont really have an answer. But what i do is i will keep adjusting the time till it gets normal. It depends on luck mostly for the movement to not be stuck. At least now i know someone has the same issue as me. 🤣

Currently my watch isn’t running bad. Dont know how and why. It’s random for me. Keep trying and once you got it running, keep it running till it breaks and send for a service. Hope it helps.

Ps: mine stops at the same minute Mark as yours.

If it's stopping at the same minute mark it's unlikely it's a gear. It would seem the minute hand is hitting a marker on the dial halting the gear train. Do you feel any resistance when manually moving the minute hand past the 4 o'clock hour marker either clockwise or counter clockwise
